Katrina has been been involved in Aged Care Administration for over 20 years. Initially, Katrina worked on the Sunshine Coast with a specialised team providing care to enable residents to live well in a safe and friendly environment with the best possible care.
Drawing from her previous work experience she now finds herself as the Village Manager at New Horizons Villas. Katrina’s role includes:
- Overseeing the kitchen as she prides herself on providing fresh home-cooked meals
- Attending resident needs
- Activities and entertainment which include music, mahjong, card games, bingo, scrabble, foot massage, happy hours, birthday celebrations, BBQ’s, shopping, chair exercises & tai chi. These are just some of the activities that we encourage our residents to become involved in.
- Overseeing the Village maintenance and our beautiful gardens
Katrina is supported by Janette and Jess our dedicated kitchen team. Janette and Jess pride themselves on providing quality, nutritional meals made with love and a friendly smile.
